FAQs

What services do you offer?

1

We offer both group and individual training packages, and with these, you’ll receive discounts on all future purchases!

How can I schedule a consultation with Foundation Lineman?

2

Order a consultation that can include a film session for $20, or just a consultation without film, which is free. You can order a free consultation by contacting Foundation Lineman directly through our website or social media platforms. Consultations help us understand your goals, experience level, and training needs before getting started.

What makes you different?

3

I keep the group size small—maxing out at 4 to 5 athletes to make sure we don’t lose the detailed focus on the game. I also include plyometric training to develop offensive line–style athletes, not just linemen.

How can I contact you?

4

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. I aim to respond quickly usually within one business day.

Can You Contact Coaches or Share My Film for Recruiting?

5

I can help you set up your X/Twitter profile to jumpstart your recruiting process. However, since I’m an active NCAA athlete, I’m not able to contact coaches on your behalf, share your film with coaches, or act as a middleman with any school other than my own. What I can do is retweet your content on my personal X page, which is followed by hundreds of college football coaches from every level.
